It seems you are way beyond smoldering and rapidly heading to the edge of reason. May I suggest that you ask Verizon for a billing credit for the days internet/phone service were not provided. If they fail to agree to that reasonable request you may use the following link to file a complaint with the attorney general’s office. http://www.ago.state.ma.us/sp.cfm?pageid=1135 click on the complaint form.
If neither one of those options work, you should send Verizon a Chapter 93A letter. more on that if needed....
