- I'm 38 years old, and over a decade into a time of serious Waiting. Waiting for everything I'd always hoped I'd have. I've had to let go of some dreams, but instead of losing them, it's looking like God is bringing them back with some other long-forgotten dreams in tow. It seems you are way beyond smoldering and rapidly heading to the edge of reason. May I suggest that you ask Verizon for a billing credit for the days internet/phone service were not provided. If they fail to agree to that reasonable request you may use the following link to file a complaint with the attorney general’s office. http://www.ago.state.ma.us/sp.cfm?pageid=1135 click on the complaint form.
If neither one of those options work, you should send Verizon a Chapter 93A letter. more on that if needed....
